FOUR Security were appointed to provide an independent and impartial review of the security provision across all M&S Head Office sites. The review included:

• The provision of a security site survey report specific to each location
• The provision of a risk management matrix outlining physical security and people processes
• Our security risk mitigation recommendations

The review supported the introduction of new policies and enhanced levels of assurance and protection to our client.
