FOUR was appointed to manage the security aspects Marks & Spencer's core investment programme in April 2011. Since then, over 1,300 projects have been delivered in the support and uplift of systems within the store portfolio.

We work closely with the Marks & Spencer team to deliver their security needs. The process which we employ is Protect through People, Process and Physical Security. Through this we seek to understand how we can best protect the stores through engagement with the staff, the processes and therefore delivering systems to support them in their focus of retail delivery.

We also manage large roll-out projects, such as the uplift of the HiSec Access Control system, delivering a system previously designated BER, to a fully functional and operationally supporting system.

FOUR works with manufacturers to develop and demonstrate to Marks & Spencer the latest market leaders of equipment, driving evidence-based capability, allowing and supporting the development of future-proofed systems.
