FOUR were appointed as the External Project Managers for the Marks & Spencer Leeds Trinity development, a 1million sq ft scheme which launched in 2013.

As part of this development, the M&S Store was extended by over 10,000sq ft to provide over 96,000 sq ft of selling space and incorporating a new entrance link with the Trinity Arcade.

The works included a full remodel of the existing store and the addition of:

• A new beauty section offering an extensive range of own branded products.
• A brand new 1000 sq ft Autograph department.
• A new homeware department which was relocated and extended, and incorporated living room, kitchen and bathroom ranges.
• Two cafes, providing seating for over 200 people, with the second floor facility providing panoramic views of the entire Trinity development.
