FOUR were appointed by ISG PLC to provide them with an application that would give visibility of how their projects and programmes were performing across their retail division.

For this commission, FOUR proposed to the client FOURSITE - our in-house developed application that allows organisations to consolidate information across time to better predict the future through continuous monitoring, flagging early warnings to manage risk and to create ‘One Version of the Truth’.

The flexibility that FOURSITE offers allowed us to configure data collection and reporting that met the client’s exact needs - rather than dictate to them standard reports. This flexibility was also linked to data entry, where we were able to accept information based on standard Excel files, significantly reducing the time taken to import data and also dramatically reduce the risk of data entry errors from having to manually enter information twice.

Full support and training were offered to the client to allow them to really maximise what FOURSITE offered them and this was supported with a telephone helpdesk.

Since being appointed, a programme of continuous development has been followed to allow FOURSITE to always meet the client’s needs as they change and develop.
