Nigel Grace, FOUR's director responsible for quality, commented:  ' The company has always had excellent processes and systems, and they have been the cornerstone of not only our own business but the services we offer to our clients. Obtaining ISO9001 has been the result of a lot of hard work from a number of our staff, and we firmly believe that this achievement will create further confidence in our clients that FOUR Group have committed processes and systems in place'.
