Adrian is the chief executive of parent company, FOUR GROUP and has full operational and strategic responsibility for all work that is undertaken for clients. Passionate about people – their learning, development and their safety, Adrian has extensive experience in leading large programmes and project management teams in delivering major projects and roll-out programmes, supporting in-house delivery teams within client organisations.

Adrian has been working closely with Marks & Spencer for the past decade. He has been instrumental in the management of service offers including programme management, project management, Health & Safety, plus other specialist services.  

Adrian was the team leader and principal contractor’s representative responsible for production and assembly integration on BAA’s new iconic Terminal 5 building - a project that was ground-breaking in its speed, quality and approach to health and safety.
